Fresh strawberry cake

Ingredients

  • Mild butter : 3/4 cup

  • Peanut butter : 3/4 cup

  • Brown sugar : 1 cup

  • Coarse sugar : 1/2 cup

  • Baking powder : 2 teaspoons

  • Salt : 1/4 teaspoon

  • Eggs: 2 pcs

  • Vanilla : 1 teaspoon

  • White flour: 2 and 1/4 cup

  • Badr strawberry jam: 1/2 cup

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover the oven tray with foil so that the foil protrudes from the sides. In a small saucepan, combine butter and peanut butter and heat for 30 seconds. Then remove from the heat and add sugar, baking powder and salt to dissolve. Add the eggs and vanilla and stir until well combined. Add the flour step by step. Spread the dough in the oven tray and place it in the oven for 25 minutes until the surface on the dough is completely brown. After removing from the oven, let the cake cool. After cooling, cover the cake with a layer of strawberry jam and you can put some fresh strawberries on the cake to design. Finally, refrigerate it for 6 hours.
