Chicken : 8 pieces of thigh
Badr olives in brine (special pitted) : 1 cup
Paprika : 2 teaspoons
Cumin : 1 teaspoon
Ginger : 1 teaspoon
Turmeric : 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon : 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper : 1/4 teaspoon
Oil : 2 soupspoons
Garlic : 3 cloves
Onions: 1 pcs
Water : 1/2 cup
Raisins : 1/2 cup
Sliced lemon : 2 pcs
Mix the spices together and sprinkle on the chicken. Then put the chickens in the refrigerator for an hour. Fry the onion and garlic in a little oil and then add the seasoned chicken. Turn down the heat and cook in the pan for 15 minutes. Then add the chopped olives, raisins and water to the chickens and let the food cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Finally, place the sliced lemons on the stove and turn off the flame two minutes later.
You can decorate this dish with coriander and chopped parsley. You can also serve it with rice or bread.
