Orange blossom cake

Ingredients

  • (Orange blossom cake)

  • Eggs: 4 pcs

  • Sugar : 1/2 cup

  • Liquid oil: 1/2 cup

  • Badr Orange blossom jam : 1/2 cup

  • Milk : 1 cup

  • Flour : 2 cups

  • Vanilla : 1/4 teaspoon

  • Baking powder : 2 teaspoons

  • Salt : 1 pence

  • (Orange blossom cream)

  • Egg yolk : 2 pcs

  • Sugar : 70 gr

  • Vanilla : 1/4 teaspoon

  • Orange blossom jam syrup : 1/2 cup

  • Corn starch : 2 soupspoons

  • Hot milk : 1 cup

  • Butter : 1 tablespoon

First, turn on the oven to 180 degrees to heat, then mix the flour and baking powder and salt and sift three times to lighten. Grease the desired mold with butter and sprinkle a little flour to make a comfortable cake. Put all the necessary ingredients at room temperature to be even. Pour the eggs with the vanilla into the bowl and start stirring at high speed. Then gradually add sugar and stir well until it becomes thick and creamy. Then add liquid oil and orange blossom jam and stir for 1 minute, adding each. Then add the sifted flour mixture with milk in 3 steps and stir well.
