Chopped celery : 2 cups
Chopped lettuce : 1 cup
Chopped white cabbage : 1 cup
Medium tomatoes: 1 pcs
Red jalapeno pepper : Optional
(Lemon juice sauce)
Low fat yogurt : 1 cup
Badr lemon juice : 2 tablespoons
Olive oil : 2 tablespoons
Black pepper, red pepper, salt : 1 pence each
Mix the celery, white cabbage, lettuce and tomatoes and move them to a suitable bowl. You can use a few slices of red jalapeno pepper to increase the spiciness and also to design the salad. Then mix low-fat yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black and red pepper and serve with salad.
