Mexican corn

Ingredients

  • Badr sweet corn canned : 500 g

  • Mushrooms : 250 gr

  • Mayonnaise : 4 tablespoons

  • Butter : 1 tablespoon

  • Badr lemon juice : 1 tablespoon

  • Thyme powder : 1 teaspoon

  • Pizza cheese : 3 tablespoons

  • Salt and black pepper : enough

To make a delicious Mexican corn, first slice the mushrooms. Then pour into a suitable pot and add some water to it and put it on the heat until the mushrooms are completely cooked. Then we take the corn out of the can, then drain it and wash it. In the next step, after the corn is ready, pour some butter in a suitable pot and put it on a gentle heat until the butter melts. If butter is not available, you can use liquid oil or olive oil instead. After the butter is melted, add the corn to the pot and fry well. After a few minutes, add the cooked mushrooms and continue frying until the excess water of the mushrooms evaporates and they are slightly fried. After frying the corn and mushroom mixture well, add mayonnaise and reduce the heat. Then we add thyme powder along with lemon juice, salt and black pepper to the Mexican corn, and in the last step, we add the pizza cheese to the pot and mix the ingredients well until the cheese is completely spread. After adding the pizza cheese, remove the pot from the heat and put the lid on the pot to melt the pizza cheese, then put the Mexican corn in the desired dish and serve.
