Dill salad


  • Boiled potatoes : 2 medium pieces

  • Badr cucumbers in brine (midget) : 3 pcs

  • Chicken breast : half a number

  • Badr sweet corn canned : 3 tablespoons

  • Freshly chopped dill : 5 tablespoon

  • Chopped onion : 2 tablespoons

  • Mayonnaise : 3 tablespoons

  • Mustard sauce : 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh lemon juice : 1 tablespoon

  • Salt and black pepper : as needed

To prepare a delicious and simple salad with dill and potatoes, put the chicken breast with an onion and about 4 cloves of garlic and a little salt in a pot and put it on a gentle heat until it is cooked, at the beginning. Then we unravel them. If you want to your taste, you can use sausage instead of cooked chicken. Then we wash and boil the potatoes. In this stage, when the potatoes are cooked, peel them and chop them finely. Wash the pickles and chop them finely. Drain the corn as well. mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Wash and chop the onion and dill and add to the salad. Take a small bowl and mix the mustard sauce and mayonnaise together. Add salt, black pepper and fresh lemon juice. Then mix well. Then add three tablespoons of chicken broth to the sauce. Mash the cooked garlic in the chicken and add it to the sauce. Pour the sauce into the ingredients and mix well. Then wet the inside of the mold a little and spread a freezer bag on the bottom. Pour the ingredients into it and put it in the refrigerator for about 5 hours to mix the whole flavors together. Then return the salad to a suitable container and design it.
