Tartar sauce


  • Mayonnaise sauce : 150 grams

  • Badr cucumbers in brine (baby) 630 gr : 100 gr

  • Chopped parsley : 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh lemon juice : 1 dessertspoon

  • Sugar : 1/2 dessertspoon

  • Grated garlic : 1 teaspoon

  • Butter : 1 tablespoon

  • Chopped onion : 2 tablespoons

  • Red pepper : 1 teaspoon

  • Salt : If desired in the required amount

To make tartar sauce, you must first chop all the ingredients that need to be crushed. Finely chop the pickles, then the onion and finally the parsley. Now add mayonnaise, sugar, garlic and pepper to the bowl and stir. This amount of sugar does not sweeten the sauce at all, but it makes the taste of the sauce much softer and more pleasant. Then add lemon juice and mix the ingredients well. Now add pickles, parsley and onion to the sauce ingredients. Mix the ingredients together until the sauce is uniform, it is better to put the tartar sauce in a closed container in the refrigerator for a few hours to taste the ingredients and make the sauce more delicious.
